1. Acceptance of Terms & Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from SperanzaHub Market ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Customer") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or make any purchases.

2. Scope of Services & In-Game Goods

SperanzaHub Market specializes in digital services, including the delivery of in-game items, currencies, loadouts, crafting blueprints, and raid assistance.

- All transactions represent a service fee for the time, labor, and coordination required to transfer digital assets to you in-game.

- We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights associated with the video game titles referenced.

3. Order Execution & In-Game Delivery Protocol

- Preparation: The Customer is solely responsible for following all pre-raid instructions (including equipping required loadouts, inventory space, and entry/extraction keys).

- Coordination: The Customer must provide valid contact details (e.g., Discord username or email) during checkout to schedule the transfer.

- Completion: Once an in-game drop, transfer, or assisted extraction is executed successfully, the service is deemed 100% fulfilled. Any subsequent loss of items due to in-game deaths, uncoordinated actions, server crashes, or subsequent gameplay is strictly the Customer's responsibility.

4. Anti-Fraud, Chargebacks & Disputes

- Digital Audit Trails: All deliveries and customer communications are logged and timestamped (including transaction IDs, chat records, and in-game delivery verification).

- Unauthorized Disputes: Filing a fraudulent dispute, unauthorized chargeback, or claim via payment processors without attempting prior resolution through our official support channels constitutes a breach of this agreement.

- Penalties: Violations will result in an immediate, permanent blacklist from our storefront, reporting of fraudulent details to merchant security databases, and possible suspension across affiliated networks.

5. Third-Party Platform Rules & Disclaimers

We operate with high-tier security protocols to ensure clean, legitimate item delivery. However, video game publishers maintain their own End User License Agreements (EULA). By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that digital asset transfers carry inherent third-party platform risks, and SperanzaHub Market shall not be held liable for any publisher actions, account restrictions, or game updates outside our direct control.

6. Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product listing, pricing, or service policy at our discretion without prior notice.
